I love cold, creamy, bowls for breakfast. I’m a huge fan of acai bowls and banana “nice” cream bowls but my new favorite has a base of Greek-style protein-packed yogurt. You can top these protein-packed yogurt bowls with almost anything but I love a combination of fruit and grain such as berries, bananas, chia seeds, and hemp hearts. I can typically find most ingredients at any grocery story but sometimes I have trouble finding the hemp hearts. No worries, you can always find my favorite brand via Amazon and I’ve added a link for you here.
🌿Pro tip: if you can’t find the protein or Greek-style yogurt from @kitehillfoods, you could also use a plain vegan yogurt & mix in some of your favorite protein powder! It thickens the consistency & bulks up this meal so that you stay full for longer. There is also protein in the nuts, chia & hemp seeds and the chocolate nut butter (not to mention the hemp & chia seeds are also packed with healthy omega 3 fatty acids). This was the perfect post-workout meal – so healthy, yet tastes like dessert? Yes, please!
