The Bark Tallahassee – Vegan Sandwich Review

🌿 If you’re looking for vegan food in Tallahassee, The Bark Tallahassee needs to be on your list. I visited while I was in town seeing my sister (our mom came up for the weekend) and we were blown away by the options.

The Bark Tallahassee has a full menu of vegan sandwich options and tons of sides to choose from, all for a very reasonable price. We ordered two sandwiches, a side of vegan mac and cheese, sauteed garlic kale, and a slice of pina colada pecan pie for dessert.

What We Ordered at The Bark Tallahassee

The sandwiches were the star. Packed with flavor, generous portions, and the kind of food that makes you forget it’s vegan. The vegan mac and cheese was creamy and satisfying, and the sauteed garlic kale was a perfect side. But the real surprise was the pina colada pecan pie — I wasn’t expecting much from a dessert at a sandwich shop, but it was incredible.

Sadly, we were so hungry and impatient that I was only able to get a photo of the two sandwiches. But I will always try to deliver content, even if it means carrying the plates outside to take photos and forcing my hangry sister to hold one of the plates up at various angles. Thanks Kelsie!

Should You Visit The Bark Tallahassee?

If you’re ever visiting Tally, definitely stop and grab food from here. The Bark Tallahassee is one of those spots that does vegan food right — affordable, delicious, and plenty to choose from. I was thoroughly impressed and left full and satisfied. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking for plant-based food in North Florida.
