Soyaki Tofu Fried Rice with Sesame Broccoli
This soyaki tofu fried rice is an easy vegan weeknight dinner made with crispy marinated tofu, sesame broccoli, and Trader Joe's frozen vegetable fried rice. Ready in under 30 minutes and completely plant-based.

For the Soyaki Tofu:
- 1 block extra firm tofu pressed and cubed
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
For the Sesame Broccoli:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Fried Rice:
- 1 bag Trader Joe's frozen vegetable fried rice
- Green onions for topping
- Everything bagel seasoning for topping
- Sriracha to taste
Cut tofu into cubes and marinate in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Set aside while you prepare the broccoli.
Cut broccoli into equal-sized florets and lightly steam. Add to a frying pan with sesame seeds, red chili flakes, and garlic salt. Cook over medium heat until sesame seeds are fragrant.
Cook tofu in a frying pan with a little olive oil over medium heat until all sides are crispy. Turn heat to low and pour the leftover marinade over the tofu and toss to coat.
Cook frozen fried rice according to package instructions, about 5 minutes in a frying pan over medium heat.
Plate the fried rice, top with soyaki tofu and sesame broccoli. Finish with green onions, everything bagel seasoning, and sriracha. Enjoy!
